About SMS Communications
ARIZN LLC ("ARIZN," "we," "us," or "our") provides business infrastructure and communication automation for small businesses in the United States. As part of our services, we send SMS messages under the program name ARIZN Business Communications, and we provide technology that enables our business customers to send SMS messages to their own customers.
All messages are transactional or conversational in nature: they relate to an inquiry, a requested service, an appointment, an estimate, or an existing customer relationship. ARIZN does not send unsolicited marketing messages, and consent is always obtained before messaging begins.
Products That Send SMS
The following ARIZN products and services may send SMS messages to consenting recipients:
- AI Receptionist — responses to customer inquiries and conversations.
- Missed Call Text Back — a text follow-up when a call could not be answered.
- Appointment Reminders — reminders and confirmations for scheduled appointments.
- Estimate Follow-ups — follow-up messages about a requested estimate.
- Quote Recovery — follow-ups about an open quote or proposal.
- Lead Follow-up — replies and follow-ups to people who requested information.
- Review Requests — invitations to review a business after a completed service.
- Referral Requests — invitations to refer a business after a completed service.
- Customer Support — support conversations initiated by or requested by the customer.
- Future transactional notifications — service or account notifications related to an existing relationship.
How Customers Opt In
SMS consent is collected through clear, voluntary opt-in methods, including:
- Submitting the ARIZN Assessment form, which includes an unchecked SMS consent checkbox and full messaging disclosures.
- Submitting a website form that includes SMS consent language.
- Requesting information or services from ARIZN or from a business using ARIZN technology.
- Requesting an estimate or quote.
- Scheduling an appointment.
- Calling a business, where a missed call may receive a text follow-up related to that call.
- Texting a business first, which initiates a conversational reply.
Consent checkboxes are never pre-checked, and consent to receive SMS is never a condition of purchase. ARIZN never purchases phone numbers or contact lists from third parties, and neither ARIZN nor its business customers may message people who have not opted in or initiated contact. Business customers using ARIZN technology are responsible for maintaining records of consent.
STOP, START, and HELP
- STOP — Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will stop receiving messages from that number.
- UNSTOP / START — Reply UNSTOP or START to re-subscribe after opting out.
- HELP — Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or email pedro@arizn.co.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Opting out of SMS does not cancel other services or contractual obligations. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy and Data
Phone numbers are collected only with consent and are never sold. Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; information is shared only with vendors required to deliver the requested messaging service.
