How ARIZN LLC collects, uses, protects, and deletes data for ARIZN Receptionist and connected Instagram professional accounts.

Overview

ARIZN LLC ("ARIZN," "we," "us," or "our") provides ARIZN Receptionist, a service that helps businesses connect Instagram professional accounts, receive and manage customer interactions, and respond to leads more reliably. This Privacy Policy explains what information we may collect, how we use it, and how to contact us about your data.

Information We May Collect

Depending on how a business uses ARIZN Receptionist, we may collect and process:

  • Instagram account identifiers and account connection status.
  • Instagram usernames and public profile information available through Meta APIs.
  • Messages, comments, and related metadata such as sender IDs, recipient IDs, timestamps, message IDs, comment IDs, and delivery context.
  • OAuth access tokens and token metadata needed to connect and maintain Instagram professional account integrations.
  • Lead and contact information voluntarily shared in conversations, such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, appointment requests, service interests, and other details a person chooses to provide.
  • Technical logs required for security, reliability, troubleshooting, fraud prevention, and system maintenance.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide and operate ARIZN Receptionist, including to:

  • Connect Instagram professional accounts through Meta OAuth.
  • Receive, organize, and respond to Instagram messages and comments.
  • Trigger comment-to-DM and related automation workflows configured by connected businesses.
  • Generate automated responses or suggested responses when requested by the business.
  • Provide customer support, diagnose issues, and maintain service reliability.
  • Maintain security, prevent abuse, and protect connected accounts and systems.
  • Improve operational reliability, product quality, and system performance.

How We Share or Process Information

ARIZN does not sell personal information. We may process information with infrastructure and service providers when necessary to deliver the service, including Meta, Vercel, Supabase, AI service providers, communications providers, and security or support tools. These providers process information on our behalf or as necessary for the connected service to function.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including restricted access to production systems, server-side handling of access tokens, environment-based secrets management, HTTPS, and access controls for operational databases. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to reduce risk and monitor for issues.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide ARIZN Receptionist, maintain connected account functionality, support customers, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, and improve reliability. Connected businesses may request deletion of their Instagram connection and related operational records as described on our Data Deletion page.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location and relationship to a connected business, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information that ARIZN controls. Some information may need to be requested from the business that connected its Instagram account, because that business may control the customer relationship and conversation context.

To make a request, email pedro@arizn.co with enough information for us to identify the relevant account or record. We may need to verify your request before taking action.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our service changes. The effective date above shows when this version became effective. Material updates will be posted on this page.
