Data Deletion Instructions

Use this page to request deletion of data processed by ARIZN LLC for ARIZN Receptionist.

Overview

This page explains how users and connected businesses can request deletion of data processed by ARIZN LLC through ARIZN Receptionist.

How to Request Deletion

  1. Email pedro@arizn.co with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."
  2. Tell us whether you are a connected business, an Instagram user who messaged a connected business, or an authorized representative.
  3. Provide identifying information so we can locate the relevant records, such as the Instagram username, connected business name, approximate message date, email address, phone number, or other conversation details you voluntarily provided.
  4. If you represent a business, include the business name and the Instagram professional account connected to ARIZN Receptionist.
  5. We will review and verify the request before deleting or disconnecting records.

What We Delete

After verification, we will delete or disconnect records we control where legally and operationally permitted, which may include:

  • The Instagram connection for the connected business.
  • Stored OAuth access tokens and account connection metadata.
  • Messages and comments stored by ARIZN.
  • Associated lead or contact records created from conversations.
  • Operational records that are no longer needed to provide, secure, or support the service.

Information We May Retain

Some records may be retained when necessary for security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, legal obligations, backup integrity, or legitimate operational requirements. When we retain limited records, we restrict them to the purpose that requires retention.

Response Timeframe

We generally aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 10 business days and complete verified requests within a reasonable timeframe based on the scope and complexity of the request. If we need more information to verify or process your request, we will contact you at the email address used to submit the request.

Connected Business Requests

If a business wants to disconnect ARIZN Receptionist from its Instagram professional account, the business should email pedro@arizn.co and include the Instagram username, business name, and the email address of an authorized contact. Once verified, we will revoke or remove stored connection data where possible and stop processing new events for that connection.
